What decoration methods do you offer?
We offer three professional decoration methods: DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing for complex full-color logos, embroidery for premium corporate apparel and hats, and Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV) for sports uniforms and bold single-color designs. Not sure which is right for your order? Read our comparison guide or contact us and we'll recommend the best option.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No minimums — you can order as little as one piece. However, bulk orders of 12+ pieces qualify for volume discounts, and orders of 50+ pieces receive priority pricing. We're happy to provide a custom quote for any quantity.
What is the turnaround time?
Standard production takes 3–5 business days after your design proof is approved, plus shipping time. Rush orders may be available depending on current production volume — contact us to discuss your deadline.
What file formats do you accept for logos?
We prefer vector files: AI, EPS, or SVG for the cleanest results. High-resolution PNG (300 DPI or higher) and PDF files also work well. For embroidery orders, logo digitizing is included at no extra charge. If you only have a low-resolution file, send it anyway — our team will assess it and advise on next steps.
How do I place an order?
The easiest way is to send us a message with your garment choice, quantity, and logo file. We'll respond within one business day with a quote and a digital proof for your approval. No order goes into production until you've confirmed the proof.
