Ship Your Blanks — Decoration Service Instructions
Thank you for choosing CraftTory for decorating your items! To ensure smooth, timely service, please follow the instructions below when shipping your items to us.
1. Before you ship
- Place your order online first. We need your order confirmation, artwork, and placement instructions before we can start.
- Approve the artwork proof we email you within 1 business day of ordering. We will not start production without your approval.
- Wash new garments? Not required, but if your items are pre-washed, please let us know in the order notes — it affects how the decoration adheres.
2. Packaging
- Use a sturdy box or polybag that fits items without crushing.
- Pack items flat and unfolded when possible. Folded items may arrive wrinkled; we do not press or steam before or after decoration.
- Separate multiple items with tissue paper or polybags to prevent transfer (especially for dyed fabrics).
- Include a printed copy of your order confirmation (or write the order number clearly on a slip inside the box).
3. Labeling
Write the following clearly on the outside of the box OR include inside:
- Order number (from your confirmation email)
- Your name / company name
- Number of items enclosed
- Phone number (for delivery questions)

We'll reply within 1 business day with a packing slip and address.
Tip: Ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS with tracking. Keep your tracking number — we'll email you when your items arrive.
5. Turnaround
- Standard turnaround: 1–2 business days for single pieces, 3–5 business days for bulk orders from the day we receive your items.

- Email with tracking info when decorated items ship back
- Rush orders available on request — please email info@crafttoryshop.com before ordering.
6. Return shipping
We ship decorated items back to the address you provided at checkout. Return shipping is billed separately based on weight and destination — we'll email the rate for your approval before shipping back.
7. What we are NOT liable for
Please read carefully before shipping your items. By placing a decoration service order, you acknowledge:
- We are not responsible for damage to customer-supplied items during the decoration process, including (but not limited to) fabric burns, stretching, mis-printing, needle marks, or heat damage.
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit to or from our facility. Use a carrier with insurance and tracking.
- We reserve the right to decline decoration on items that are unsuitable (incompatible fabric, pre-existing damage, non-decorable finishes). If we decline, we'll return the items at your expense.
- We are not liable for color variation between the artwork proof (screen) and the final decoration (fabric). We always match as closely as possible.
These terms are the standard across the custom decoration industry. We take every precaution to handle your items carefully — but sending items to be decorated always carries some risk.
