The Gildan 5000 Heavy Cotton is the industry standard: 100% preshrunk heavy cotton, a wide color range, from $15.81 decorated with a DTF print ($19.81 with left-chest embroidery). For merch that should feel closer to retail, the H000 Hammer is 6-ounce ring-spun cotton, from $22.46 decorated. Long sleeves: 5400 Heavy Cotton from $24.10 and 2400 Ultra Cotton from $29.00 decorated.

Polos

The 8800 DryBlend is a moisture-wicking 50/50 polo built for uniform programs, from $26.13 decorated ($30.13 with left-chest embroidery). Cotton alternatives: 64800 in 5.2-ounce ring-spun cotton from $26.47, and the heavier 85800 Hammer Piqué from $29.07 decorated.

Hoodies, crewnecks and full-zips

18500 Heavy Blend is the 50/50 cotton-polyester fleece hoodie most teams order, from $38.96 decorated. Matching pieces in the same fabric family: 18000 crewneck from $29.52 and 18600 full-zip hoodie from $47.83 decorated. Ordering all three in one run keeps the logo file and the thread or print colors identical across the set.

Youth sizes

"From" means the blank plus the decoration the product page opens with: embroidery on one placement where the style takes it, otherwise a DTF print. Where a DTF price is shown next to it, that is the lower-cost option. The price moves with the method, the size of the logo and the number of placements, and it comes down with quantity. Every product page shows the live total as you configure it.

Embroidery or DTF print on Gildan?

On the 100% cotton styles — 5000, 5400, 2400, H000 — DTF print is the usual choice: the surface is smooth, the color range is wide, and full-front or full-back artwork costs the same as a small one. Embroidery suits the 50/50 blends, the 8800 polo and the 18500 hoodie, where the fabric has enough body to carry stitches without puckering. Both methods are available on every style in this collection.

Gildan 5000 or BELLA+CANVAS 3001?

The 5000 is a heavier 100% cotton blank at the lowest cost per piece — the right call for giveaways, events and large staff runs. The BELLA+CANVAS 3001 is softer Airlume cotton with a slimmer cut, and it costs more per piece — the right call when the garment itself is the product.

What artwork do you need?

Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) or a PNG at 300 DPI at final size with a transparent background. We check every file and tell you if anything needs work before production.

Do youth and adult sizes come from the same order?

Yes. Youth and adult styles in the same design go into one order and count towards the same volume tier.
