Custom Beanies with Your Logo, Embroidered on the Cuff

Custom beanies with a logo are the winter counterpart to the company cap: one compact embroidered mark on the cuff, worn every day from November to March. Crafttory LLC embroiders genuine Port Authority, District, New Era, The North Face, Carhartt, Nike and CornerStone beanies in-house and ships across the United States. Order a single beanie to check the fit and logo size, or outfit a whole crew: there is no minimum, and volume pricing starts at 12 pieces.

Beanie styles we decorate

Everyday knit and fleece beanies

Port Authority C939 knit cuff beanie starts the range at $19.80 decorated: a classic fold-up cuff in solid and heather colors. The C918 fleece beanie is $19.83, a soft fleece cap without a cuff for crews who want warmth over style, and the District DT815 recycled knit beanie is $21.70 for programs that ask for recycled materials. All three also take a DTF or HTV transfer instead of embroidery.

New Era cuffed beanies

New Era brings a recognizable retail label to a corporate order. The NE908 core classic, NE907 recycled and NE905 speckled cuffed beanies are $29.36 decorated, and the NE904 colorblock cuffed beanie with a pom is $30.46. The logo is embroidered on the front fold.

The North Face, Carhartt and Nike

For client gifts and premium staff kits: The North Face NF0A7RGH Circular rib beanie from $35.58, the NF0A5FXY Truckstop beanie from $38.40, the Carhartt CT104597 watch cap from $42.42 and the Nike NKFB6539 Team cuffed beanie from $42.88 decorated, with the logo on the side of the cuff.

High-visibility beanie for job sites

The CornerStone CS800 enhanced-visibility beanie in safety orange or yellow with a reflective stripe is $25.40 decorated. The rest of the cold-weather safety program lives in custom workwear & safety apparel.

Each price is the beanie plus one embroidered logo on the front cuff or fold (on the Nike NKFB6539, on the side), so it is the per-piece price from 6 beanies; runs of 1–5 carry a small-run surcharge (1 pc +$15, 2–3 pcs +$10/pc, 4–5 pcs +$5/pc). Volume discounts apply automatically: 5% off from 12 pieces, 10% from 24 and 20% from 48, counted across the whole order. A larger logo or a second placement on the back or side moves the price up; every product page shows the live total as you configure it.

Beanies for teams, gifts and winter programs

Beanies are the lowest-cost piece of a winter uniform and the easiest one to size: one size fits the whole roster. Companies pair them with custom hoodies and quarter-zip pullovers for a cold-weather staff kit, or give a branded beanie as an employee holiday gift. For outdoor crews, construction and field service teams, beanies go into the same order as hi-vis layers. We keep your logo file on record, so a reorder next winter runs from the same stitch file.

Common questions

How much does a custom beanie with a logo cost?

Decorated prices start at $19.80 for a Port Authority C939 knit cuff beanie, $19.83 for the C918 fleece beanie and $21.70 for the District DT815 recycled knit. New Era cuffed beanies are $29.36, The North Face NF0A7RGH rib beanie $35.58 and the Carhartt CT104597 watch cap $42.42. Each figure is the beanie plus one embroidered logo on the front cuff or fold, so it is what you pay per piece from 6 beanies; runs of 1–5 carry a small-run surcharge (1 pc +$15, 2–3 pcs +$10/pc, 4–5 pcs +$5/pc). Volume discounts take 5% off from 12 pieces, 10% from 24 and 20% from 48.

Is there a minimum order for custom beanies?

No. You can order one beanie, which is a sensible first step to check the fit, the cuff depth and the logo size before ordering for a whole team. A single beanie carries a $15 small-run surcharge, 2–3 beanies +$10 each and 4–5 beanies +$5 each; from 6 beanies there is none.

Where does the logo go on a beanie?

On the front of the cuff or fold, where it sits upright when the cuff is turned. The embroidery area is about 2 inches tall on most styles (2.5 inches on the C939), and 3 to 6 inches wide depending on the beanie. The C939, C918, Carhartt CT104597 and The North Face NF0A7RGH and NF0A5FXY also take a second logo on the back, plus the sides. On the Nike NKFB6539 the logo goes on the side of the cuff, from $42.88 decorated.

Embroidery or print on a beanie?

Embroidery is the standard for beanies: the stitched logo sits on the knit and lasts as long as the beanie. On the Port Authority C939 and C918 and the District DT815 you can also choose a DTF or HTV transfer on the front; the product page shows the price of each method.

How long does production take for custom beanies?

1–3 business days for a single beanie and 3–5 business days for bulk orders, counted from the moment you approve the digital mockup. Shipping is added on top and goes anywhere in the United States. If the beanies are for a holiday event or a gift date, put the date in the order notes or the quote form.

Can one order mix beanies with caps and hoodies?

Yes. Beanies, caps and apparel in one order count toward the same volume tier, so 12 beanies plus 12 hoodies reach the 24-piece discount.
