K500 Silk Touch is the industry-standard uniform polo — 5-ounce 65/35 poly/cotton piqué with a silky hand and wrinkle resistance — from $32.28 decorated with a DTF print ($36.28 with left-chest embroidery). The full family covers every fit a staff roster needs: L500 women's from $35.89, TLK500 tall from $38.34, Y500 youth from $29.86, the performance K540 from $34.06 and long-sleeve K540LS from $36.63. For front-of-house and office roles, the K570 Dimension Knit dress shirt is a no-iron knit that reads as a woven shirt, from $53.39 decorated.

Quarter-zips and fleece

K807 Interlock 1/4-Zip is a two-tone 7.5-ounce cotton/poly double-knit that layers over a polo without fleece bulk, from $50.03 decorated. Value fleece for larger programs: F218 quarter-zip pullover from $48.16 and F217 full-zip jacket from $50.30 decorated.

Outerwear

"From" means the blank plus the decoration the product page opens with: embroidery on one placement where the style takes it, otherwise a DTF print. Where a DTF price is shown next to it, that is the lower-cost option. A larger logo or a second placement moves the price up; quantity moves it down. Every product page shows the live total as you configure it.

Uniform programs, bulk orders and reorders

Volume discounts apply automatically at 12, 24 and 48 pieces and are calculated across the order, so a bulk run can mix polos, fleece and caps and mix men's, women's, tall and youth cuts without splitting the discount. Because the line carries a men's, women's, tall and youth version of the same polo, everyone on the roster wears the same garment in the right fit.

Why Port Authority for a uniform program

Common questions

Can we put our company logo on Port Authority apparel?

Yes. Every style in this collection can be customized with your company logo by embroidery or DTF print, on the chest, back or sleeve. Upload the logo on the product page, or send it with a quote request if the program covers several styles.

Is there a minimum order?

No. You can order one piece. Volume pricing starts at 12 and steps up again at 24 and 48, calculated across the whole order.

Can one order mix polos, fleece and caps?

Yes. A mixed order is normal for a uniform program and the pieces count towards the same volume tier.

Do you carry women's, tall and youth versions?

Yes for the core polo family — K500 has L500 women's, TLK500 tall and Y500 youth counterparts in the same fabric and colors, so a mixed-fit roster still looks like one uniform.

Embroidery or DTF on Port Authority?

Embroidery is the usual choice on polos, fleece, outerwear and caps — it carries a corporate logo cleanly and holds up to commercial laundering. DTF suits large or multi-color artwork, full-back placements and lighter fabrics, and it is the less expensive option on most styles.
