What's the minimum order?
One piece. We don't have minimums on the K500 polo — order a single sample first, then bulk after approval.
How long is production?
1–2 business days for single pieces, 3–5 business days for bulk orders for stock colors after artwork approval. Rush 24-48h available for +25% fee.
What artwork files do you accept?
Vector preferred (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG). For raster files, we need 300 DPI minimum. Logo digitizing for embroidery is free with every order.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes — request a sample in your quote. Sample cost is credited toward your bulk order.
