7. Logo Size on a Beanie Cuff — What Fits
On a beanie the logo sits on a stretchy folded cuff, and the cuff height sets the maximum logo height.
- Height is the constraint. Most front zones are 2–2.5" tall and 4–6" wide; NE908 and NF0A4VUB allow 3", the CS800 stripe leaves 1.25", the NE910 band 1".
- Horizontal logos win. A wide wordmark fills the cuff; a stacked or square logo shrinks to fit the height and loses detail.
- Keep lettering bold. Thin strokes sink between rib-knit ridges; text under about 1/4" is hard to read.
- Fewer colors stitch cleaner. Simple 1–4 color marks hold shape on stretch fabric; gradients call for DTF or HTV where offered.
- Use the other panels. The back takes the same size as the front ($12); each side is $8.
