Where should we place the decoration?

Be specific — we follow your instructions exactly. If unsure, upload an item photo below with the placement marked.

Upload your artwork

    Vector files preferred (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF). Raster 300 DPI minimum. Transparent background recommended. Max 50 MB per file. Add multiple designs if you need different decorations (e.g. front logo + back number).

      A phone photo with a circled placement is perfect. Helps us avoid misunderstandings.

      No minimum order. Order from 1 piece. Logo digitizing included in the price — no hidden setup fees.

      Turnaround: 1–2 business days for single pieces, 3–5 business days for bulk orders from the day your items arrive at our facility. Shipping instructions →

      Max embroidery area: 8"H × 12"W (limited by our largest hoop — Hoop D). For designs larger than this, choose DTF Printing instead.

      How it works

      1. Choose the decoration size tier that matches your design.
      2. Describe your item and where you want the decoration placed.
      3. Upload your artwork (vector files preferred for Embroidery).
      4. Place your order. We'll review your artwork and send a proof.
      5. Ship your items to our facility (see shipping instructions on /pages/ship-your-blanks).
      6. We apply the decoration and ship back within 3–5 business days of receipt.

      • We review all artwork before production and send a proof for approval
