CornerStone® CSJ504 ANSI 107 Class 3 Ripstop Rain Jacket — a durable waterproof ripstop shell that keeps crews dry in storms while meeting ANSI 107 Class 3 visibility standards. 100% polyester ripstop shell with waterproof seams, zip-away hood, front zippered closure with storm flap, and 2-inch reflective tape around body and sleeves for 360° visibility.

Artwork requirements

What we need
Vector (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) or PNG at 300 DPI at final size, with a transparent background. The file has to be sharp at the size it will be reproduced.

For embroidery
Thread cannot blend, so artwork is stitched as solid shapes. Flat colours and clean edges work as they are, up to about six colours — that is what free digitizing covers. Gradients, drop shadows and photographic fills have to be rebuilt as solid areas first.
At 4 inches wide, lines under 1 mm and text under 5 mm close up in thread.

For DTF print
Gradients, photographs and any number of colours are fine — DTF reproduces what the file shows. What matters is resolution and a clean cut-out: a low-resolution file prints soft, and a photo with its background prints the background too.
Detail holds finer than embroidery, but lines under 0.5 mm can drop out.

What needs work first, either method
Screenshots, AI-generated images, hand drawings, low-resolution files, and photos that need the background removed. That is separate work — we quote it before starting, or suggest a simpler direction.
