How long does production take?

Single pieces and samples typically run 1–3 business days; bulk orders 3–5 business days after you approve the proof. Shipping time is added on top.

Will I see the design before it is made?

Yes. Every order gets a digital mockup, and nothing goes into production until you approve it.

How does ordering work?

1. Select garment size, color, and decoration method2. Upload your logo — vector (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) or a PNG at 300 dpi with a transparent background. Digitizing for embroidery is free.3. What artwork do you need for embroidery or DTF print?

What we needVector (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) or PNG at 300 DPI at final size, with a transparent background. The file has to be sharp at the size it will be reproduced.For embroideryThread cannot blend, so artwork is stitched as solid shapes. Flat colours and clean edges work as they are, up to about six colours — that is what free digitizing covers. Gradients, drop shadows and photographic fills have to be rebuilt as solid areas first.Embroidery minimums at any size: lines at least 1–1.2 mm (0.04–0.05") thick and lettering at least 5–6 mm (0.2–0.25") tall. Finer detail closes up in thread, so small logos may need simplified details.For DTF printGradients, photographs and any number of colours are fine — DTF reproduces what the file shows.
